Shipping policy

Every order is packed by our team at Village Wellness Spa, 1900 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, Ontario.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.

Delivery within Canada
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–4 business days of dispatch.

• Orders of $200 or more: complimentary standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
• Orders under $200: $14 flat rate.

International delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia for a flat rate of $40. Delivery typically takes about two weeks, and occasionally longer. Any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States
Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused because of current cross-border trade conditions. We will update this page as soon as it resumes.

Local pickup
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order from the spa at no charge. Orders are ready within 2–4 business days; please bring your confirmation email.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
