Are your products authentic?
Yes. Village Wellness Spa is an authorized retailer of every brand we carry, so every product comes directly from the brand or its official Canadian distributor. Village Wellness Spa has been a Luxury Day and Medical Spa in Mississauga since 1989, and we use many of these products in our treatments.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Canada is complimentary on orders of $200 or more, and $14 on orders under $200. International orders to the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia ship for a flat $40.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Within Canada, delivery then takes 3–4 business days. International orders typically arrive in about two weeks.

Do you ship to the United States?
Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused because of current cross-border trade conditions. We will resume as soon as we can.

Can I pick up my order at the spa?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order at 1900 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, at no charge. Orders are ready within 2–4 business days; please bring your confirmation email.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to view your orders and keep track of past purchases.

Will I pay duties on an international order?
Any duties and import taxes are charged by your country's customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Do you include samples?
Orders of $200 or more include complimentary deluxe samples, chosen by our team to suit your order.

What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale. To start a return, email sherwood@villagespas.com or call 905-855-2344. Full details are in our refund policy.

Do you offer rewards?
Yes. Members of Wellness Rewards earn points on every purchase, which can be redeemed toward future orders.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Sezzle is available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free payments.
