Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
  • In order to shop online with us, we do require that you create an account. Having an account with us will allow you to view your order once it has been placed and allows you to keep track of previously ordered products.
Is my personal information kept private?
  • Village Wellness Spas assures that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will be shared with a third party. For more information on this topic, please revise our privacy policy. 
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • Regular parcel mail can be expected to arrive anywhere from 1-7 business days. Xpresspost orders will take approximately 2 business days and Priority mail would be sent on the next business day. Please specify at check- out which option you would prefer (Regular Parcel, Xpresspost, or PriorIty)
