Delivery Times

Standard orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days of dispatch.

Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all Canadian orders of $200 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $14 applies to Canadian orders under $200.
  • International Shipping: A flat rate of $40 applies to all orders shipped outside Canada. International delivery typically takes about two weeks, and occasionally longer. Any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

A Note for Our U.S. Customers

Due to current cross-border trade conditions, we are temporarily unable to ship to the United States. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as circumstances allow.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will begin processing on the following business day.

Local Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order from the spa at 1900 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, at no charge. Orders are ready within 2–4 business days; please bring your confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
