Powder Blush Jewels

APPLICATION:

Using a powder brush, lightly sweep over the baked stone and pick up a small amount of powder.Then apply the brush to the area you want to accentuate and blend the color well with circular motions. Mattify the complexion with powder beforehand, if necessary, so that the powdery blush does not form color streaks.
