There are changes to the way appointments are scheduled and some new procedures for arriving to your appointment to keep you safe.

before your appointment

- Refraining from visiting if you have a fever, illness or are under directed isolation
- You will be screened prior to your appointment and asked to provide your main contact info for tracing purposes and be asked to sign a client release from liability form 
- Arrive alone and as close to your appointment time as possible. If it's your first visit, please arrive 5 minutes early. 
- If you are unable to arrive alone, the person accompanying you will be screened & asked to provide their info for tracing purposes
- Registered Massage Therapists are required to prioritize patients with more essential/urgent care needs
- Face coverings are required. If you don’t have one, please wear a bandana or scarf but make sure your mouth and nose are covered.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

- Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa
- Washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to beginning each treatment/service
- Face coverings are required. If you don’t have one, please wear a bandana or scarf but make sure your mouth and nose are covered.
- Physical distancing must be practised.

BEHIND THE SCENES

- Linens, blankets & pillows changed & cleaned between every appointment
- Treatment rooms are completely disinfected including door handles, light switches and machines
- All main surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected
- Staff are equipped with shields and/or masks
- Plexiglass installed at front desk & manicure stations
- In lieu of water/tea service, we will be offering bottled water upon request
- An air purifying system has been installed which purifies the air and captures particles as small as 0.001 microns to ensure clean air circulation.
