Eligibility for Refund
- Unopened Products: To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened and in their original, unused packaging.
- Return Window: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process
1. Return Request: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria (unopened and in original, unused packaging).
4. Refund Issuance: If the return meets our policy requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Items not returned in their original packaging.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
- All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
