Village Wellness Spas ships orders within Canada and Internationally. We process orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and 3-8 business days for shipping within Canada. International orders can expect to receive their parcels in 7-30 business days. If your order is taking longer than specified, please contact us so we can look into it for you. All orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Canadian Delivery
Receive free delivery when you spend over $150. If your order is under $150, we offer delivery anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $15.
United States Delivery
We offer free shipping to USA for orders over $150 in all states except Alaska and Hawaii and for orders over $200 in Alaska and Hawaii.

International Delivery (outside of Canada & USA)
We offer delivery Internationally for a flat rate of $30.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your parcel has left our warehouse.
If you are located within Canada, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You may follow the status of your parcel by visiting canadapost.com. Please allow up to 8 business days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, it is likely because you are local to our office and your order is being delivered by a local driver. All orders placed within Mississauga/Etobicoke will be delivered via a local courier.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
At Village Wellness Spas we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We accept returns only on full price, unopened items. If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon receipt of the original, unopened item within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any costs associated with the return. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
